In this job, you’ll be responsible for supporting the NextGen ERP contractor program management activities through the life of the NextGen ERP project including performance monitoring and reporting, vendor management, and contract management.

Responsibilities
- Guides the direction of monthly Contractor performance reviews Company wide, including meeting with OU leads/SMEs to assist in the design and implementation of CPM tools (Scorecards, Triggers & Controls, etc.)
- Monitors CPM metrics and trends and gather data backed insights across all Contractors
- Supports and drives development of new CPM strategies, policies and programs across the enterprise
- Serves as an SME on the various CPM programs
- Provides guidance and support to SCE Authorized Edison Representatives in the elements of CPM across the enterprise
- Supports and works with Corporate entities on new or enhanced strategies, policies and procedures as they relate to SCE’s Contractors
- Provides performance metrics reports on Contractor management performance and compliance across the enterprise
- Develops Executive Presentations relating to CPM activities
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience providing oversight and governance of Contractor Performance Management (CPM) strategies, policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in contract management.
Preferred Qualifications

Seven (7) or more years of experience in the field of business, engineering, contract management, strategy/project management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Proficient in SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft software including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Experience in contract management or sourcing field of work.

Experience in vendor performance management, measurement, and reporting and conducting presentations to senior management to director level audience

Experience in developing and maintaining performance dashboards with charts, graphs, and tables in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or PowerBI

Experience in building and maintaining relationships with vendors

Experience in managing the development of statement of work to execute purchase orders
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
