STEP 1

Our Talent Acquisition (HR) team reviews resumes and applications. If there is a match, your resume will be sent to the hiring manager for review. If there is an interest from a hiring manager, you will likely be contacted for a phone screen. If you’ve been invited to complete an OnDemand video interview, click here to learn more.

STEP 2

Depending on the phone screen or OnDemand interview feedback, you may be invited to an on-site interview. The on-site interview can last anywhere from a few hours to an entire day. Depending on the position and interviewer availability, you may also be invited to participate in a second interview day.

INTERVIEW TIPS

PAY RANGE

Non-Represented positions – This base pay range is for a pay grade that encompasses this position and a variety of other positions at the company. The pay offered to the successful candidate may vary depending on the position and multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Represented IBEW Local 47 positions – This base pay range represents the rates of pay for step 1 to the maximum step for this position. The pay range and the specific pay for the successful candidate are determined in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement between Southern California Edison Company and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47.
