The pay range and the specific pay for the successful candidate are determined in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement between Southern California Edison Company and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47.

Responsibilities

  • Automates and streamlines system analysis, data integration, and reporting capabilities; maintains security controls for and ensures uninterrupted service for end users
  • Optimizes all technology systems to meet workforce growth requirements, creating opportunities to deliver operational excellence and automation and streamline any process pain paints
  • Provides data/system guidance and support for organizational restructuring, implementing data governance processes and procedures to maintain data integrity and security
  • Maintains key relationships with key stakeholders on future platform and functionality requirements and keeps them informed on technology or process changes when relevant
  • Serves as technical point of contact for assigned functions, leads technology implementations and enhancements, and assists functional leads to ensure data integrity, test system changes, and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities
  • Manages internal and external reporting for information related to work events, position management, and reorganizations
  • Identifies and initiates improvement opportunities around system, process, data and user experience, and recommends options to leaders with justification, potential impacts and supporting data for the approach
  • Creates process documentation standards and work with functional experts to ensure that all HR processes are properly documented and updated as needed
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ten or more years of experience researching, analyzing, designing and maintaining HR Information Systems in support of human resource administration and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience with SuccessFactors PMGM, RCM, ONB, including role-based permissions and case management workflows
  • Strong background in data governance, reporting enhancements, and architecture visualization
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, vendor oversight, and stakeholder engagement across HR and IT

 

Additional Information 

 

  • This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
