Become a Information Technology Senior Product/Project Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you’ll lead data, deployment, cutover, and migration efforts, collaborating with system integrators and stakeholders across SAP and non-SAP environments. This initiative offers the opportunity for input and management of critical decisions for the S/4 implementation project, focusing on data, system and technical readiness as it relates to SAP to assess readiness for deployment, rollout and stabilization.

Responsibilities
- Leads the end-to-end planning, development, design, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise solutions.
- Designs and establishes scalable, adaptable operating models and governance frameworks to support evolving business and technology requirements.
- Drives business process re-engineering, process optimization, and the design of best-in-class workflows to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
- Oversees product and program management activities, including the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project plans, solution delivery roadmaps, and supporting documentation for transformation projects.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and product features.
- Manages IT portfolio planning by evaluating projects, evaluating financial impact and risks, and aligning initiatives with organizational goals and strategy.
- Develops and communicates clear, actionable roadmaps and strategic plans to guide cross-functional teams toward successful product outcomes.
- Assesses and recommends strategic solutions and technology options to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and achievement of desired business objectives.
- Supports change management initiatives, partnering with OCM practitioners, service providers and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational changes.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and guide future development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ten or more years of experience in transformational information technology product or project management including complex process redesign, application development and maintenance.
- 5 or more years of experience in designing and implementing IT service delivery and operating models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics/ Mathematics or equivalent STEM major.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations
- Experienced in managing multiple project plans, external vendors and overseeing Agile release planning, synchronization, and delivery across products and workstreams
- Expertise in change management, guiding organizations through the transformation process while managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating smooth adoption of new technologies
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including architects, security, techno-functional leads, and external SI consultants
- Ability to quickly identify issues during the implementation phase and provide effective resolutions
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical solutions and business process changes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
