What is the most meaningful part about working at SCE?
I published a research paper on “Do Mentorship Programs and Supportive Environment Encourage Women to Enter Leadership Positions?” I interviewed several SCE employees in various executive and managerial ranks about how women overcome challenges on their climb up the management ladder. Some of these executives included Pedro Pizarro, Jacqueline Trapp, Jill Anderson, and Caroline Choi. It is amazing to work in a company that allows me to build professional relationships with leaders who are willing to mentor and guide me in my career journey.
