Responsibilities
- Oversees and ensures raw materials and components are delivered in a timely manner to support production needs, at optimal efficiency and most cost effective
- Manages the integrated material supply strategy, including full utilization of vendors and other service providers to provide needed materials for daily operations
- Utilizes and maintains designated planning and inventory tools and software to optimize supply planning and staging
- Plans and executes approved cross-functional, cross-company material fulfillment programs
- Oversees and coordinates the execution and documentation of work in accordance with energy policies and procedures, labor agreements, and regulatory standards
- Coordinates and manages the logistics of on time deliveries to job sites or company facilities, including off-loading and receiving activities
- Develops and enforces company policies and procedures and ensures operations are maintained as required
- Manages and maintains working relationship with vendors, warehouse, buyers or planners, accounts payable, project managers, construction, engineering, and standards on the successful execution of material fulfillment activities
- Oversees vendor work completion documentation submittals and analytics.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience performing/supervising inventory management, logistics and/or supply chain management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis and providing recommendations for continous improvement.
- Experience in leading material project management initiatives.
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.
