Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in line with the Resourcing service delivery model, ensuring execution of deep dive recommendations with regards to recruiting outstanding talent
- Leads the delivery of attraction, employer branding and recruitment activity, directly influencing strategic development for resourcing on a large scale by shaping the direction and approach
- Reviews existing recruitment activity and measures regularly and uses insights to improve sourcing policies
- Anticipates and manages risks associated with people and take a holistic approach to proactively audit and monitor processes for compliance and consistency
- Manages large teams to run attraction, employer branding and recruitment activity for the relevant businesses, driving resourcing execution and playing a key role in the delivery, implementation and measurement of the recruitment operating model
- Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and manage a strong employer brand to attract top talent and influence the company as an employer of choice
- Drives continuous improvement to ensure a consistent and positive candidate and hiring leader experience
- Establishes, communicates, and continually monitors metrics, data and trends including team performance metrics process effectiveness and return on investment of various tools and sources and make adjustments as needed
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and/or project management.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 – 10 years of experience in talent acquisition handling full-cycle recruiting operations.
- 3 – 5 years of managing a large talent acquisition team with a proven track record in developing, mentoring, and driving the team’s performance.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR Software (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Strong expertise in recruiting strategy, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience implementing creative sourcing strategies, analytics, and retention strategies to advance hiring goals.
- Partnered with cross-functional leadership to build an iterative hiring process through feedback, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to navigate complex hiring challenges, collaborate with stakeholders, and align recruitment efforts with broader business goals.
- Experience in utilities or other regulated industries.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
Additional Information

This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

The primary work location for this position is Irwindale, CA. Work location will later move to Rosemead, CA.

Position will require up to 10% traveling and being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory.
