This role leads the development, enhancement and maintenance of dashboards, project trackers, reporting tools, and data workflows while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all outputs. Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and maintains automated processes for extracting, transforming, and validating data from various sources.
- Develops, codes, maintains, and optimizes scripts and workflows for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and reporting.
- Applies statistical and analytical techniques to evaluate operational and program data, identifying trends, risks, and actionable insights.
- Ensures data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all analytical and reporting deliverables.
- Designs, develops, codes, and maintains reports, dashboards, and visualizations using analytical, statistical, and visualization tools to deliver scalable, automated and repeatable analytical solutions.
- Communicates complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Translates complex data and analysis into actionable insights that inform program/project direction and leadership decisions.
- Defines and evaluates program and operational effectiveness through performance metrics and KPI’s.
- Quantifies the impact of interventions, identifies root causes, and recommends improvement opportunities.
- Provides data-driven recommendations to enhance outcomes, efficiency, and customer or field experience.
- Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with internal clients, business partners, and field organizations through consistent, visible, and proactive engagement.
- Serves as a visible, trusted analytical partner, reinforcing collaboration, responsiveness, and confidence in data-driven decision making.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience performing data analysis.
- Experience using a variety of data tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation utilizing SQL, Python, Snowflake, DataSphere or SAS
- Experience interfacing and collaborating with data analysts, data engineers, data governance, or other technical resources
- Experience with software development lifecycle
- Experience making recommendations to streamline and optimize business operations
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure accurate results.
- Experience with Copilot and other AI platforms.
Additional Information
- The position’s work mode is remote. Employee is able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an SCE facility on occasion. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Hiring organizations can add further requirements related to specific jobs. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
