Illuminate

We think that equipping you with a great start to your career at SCE energizes you to help us create a better tomorrow. Illuminate, our one-year program that onboards new employee is designed to help you hit the ground running, providing you the tools, education, and information you need to be productive right from the start. You’ll meet other new employees, become acclimated to our culture, and learn about what we do, why we do it, how we value everyone’s contributions.

Empower

Our leaders play an important role in guiding and inspiring others. Empower, our one-year leadership journey welcomes new leaders to their new calling. The program provides a foundation for helping new leaders optimize their energy, and helps them motivate and empower their teams. Empower consists of a two-day classroom experience followed by yearlong opportunities for continued learning, development and growth. The program include executive engagement, professional coaching, personality and emotional intelligence assessments, and other tools. The entire experience is design to help new leaders build an inclusive, safe, and a high-performing team.
