Sponsor Confirmation Agreement

The SCE Talent Scout program is voluntary, does not constitute a job application, is not required to receive notice of employment opportunities within SCE, does not guarantee employment for anyone referred for SCE career opportunities, and does not guarantee being reviewed by Talent Acquisition. At any time, the person you are referring can edit the information you have provided on his/her behalf. All privacy rights will be protected.

The Sponsor referenced on the Confirm Your Sponsor and Apply Now form is currently pending your approval. Being Sponsored has benefits; you have an advocate who is vested in helping shepherd your process of being considered for employment at Southern California Edison. Your Sponsor may also help you gain more insight about employment at Southern California Edison. It is important to note that you will need to confirm this agreement to finalize the relationship between you and your Sponsor. Confirming this relationship will also grant your Sponsor limited visibility into your candidacy within the organization.

You are allowed to confirm more than one Sponsor, and Sponsors may or may not be employees of Southern California Edison. If you confirm a Southern California Edison Employee, the individual may be eligible to receive a bonus award, provided they meet all eligibility requirements. Should you confirm multiple eligible Sponsors, the bonus award will be split among all eligible employees.

This may require an SCE employee to fill a role temporarily during an emergency incident (typically selected based on unique skills or job responsibilities) that has different than normal work hours, work locations, and/or duties.
